Sticky Rice with Mango

A classic Thai dessert done the Northside Grocer way. Fragrant glutinous rice is gently steamed with pandan, then folded through rich coconut cream until glossy, soft and deeply comforting. It’s finished with fresh, ripe mango slices, a drizzle of sweet coconut sauce and a light crunch of toasted mung beans for contrast. Sweet, creamy and perfectly balanced, this is an indulgent little finish that feels special without being fussy – ideal as a treat just for you, or shared after a good meal.

Mango - Fresh, Glutious Rice, Mango - Sweet Coconut Cream [Coconut cream, Castor Sugar, Pandan, Rice flour, Sea salt], Coconut cream, Castor Sugar, Yellow mung beans, Pandan, Sea salt

Preparation and storage notes

Remove sticky rice (it's easy to pick up) and place on bowl/plate and heat in microwave for 1-2minutes until hot. Arrange mango around rice and pour over additional coconut sauce.
