Thai Green Vegetable Curry Pouch
Homemade Thai green curry. Mild on chilli heat, packed full of rich thai flavours of lemongrass, lime, ginger & coconut. Curry has baby corn, green beans and bamboo shoots. Perfect with noodles, steamed rice, nann. You can even throw some roasted chicken through it if your missing the meat.
Ingredients
Coconut Cream, Baby corn, Bamboo shoot, Green beans, Garlic, Ginger, Scallion, Palm sugar, Green chilli, Fresh coriander, Cumin, Turmeric, Kaffir lime leaf, Lemongrass.
Preparation and storage notes
1. Heat on stove by placing pouch in boiling water, simmer on medium heat until hot. 2. Heat in the microwave open pouch slightly and heat until hot. 3. Empty pouch into saucepan and heat on stove on medium until hot.
