Jap Pumpkin, Onion Red, Raisins, Danish Fetta, Brown sugar, Pepitas, Red Wine, Salt, Black pepper.
Preparation and storage notes
Remove lid before cooking. Roast pumpkins at 160ºC for 20-30mins or until pumpkin is hot and tender to the skewer. Insure pumpkin is above 75ºC before consuming.
