About MCF

While manufacturing food for Coles, Woolworths, IGAs & other independent stores, we decided that we should upskill, so Robyn completed her Cert III in Commercial Cookery (Chef). She has also completed her Food Safety Supervisor course and Statement of Attainment in Patisserie, also Statement of Attainment in Pastry and recently Cert II Bakery. We have since sold that business and are now manufacturing home style foods and catering in general along with cakes, pastries, breads and other specialty foods including cheeses.

We have a unit dedicated to the safe manufacture of food and are endorsed by Parramatta Council.

How it Works

Menus will open on a Friday and close off for ordering on Monday evening. Meals will be available for collection Wednesday evening.
