Chunks of grass-fed beef chuck, slow cooked in a rich Thai coconut Massaman sauce.

Beef, Coconut Cream, Chicken stock, Kipfler potato, Massaman curry paste, Red Onion, Lemongrass, Tamarind paste, Fish sauce, Brown sugar, Galangal, Red chilli, Lime leaf.
Preparation and storage notes
To reheat Defrost before heating. Microwave: Remove bag and heat in microwave in its tray for 2-3 minutes or until hot. Decanter into a saucepan, stir occasionally on a medium heat for 7-10 minutes or until hot.
