Charred butter chicken
This isn't your standard Butter chicken, we go above and beyond with a 24 hours marinade of the chicken. This is then char-grilled to emulate the flavor of a tandoor oven. The chicken is then poached gently in the rich and complex tomato buttery sauce.
Ingredients
Chicken thigh, Brown onion, Tomato Paste, Thickened Cream, Coconut Cream, butter chicken marinade (Red Onion, Vegetable oil, Lemon juice, Garlic, Cumin, ground, Chilli Flakes, Turmeric, ground, Paprika), Unsalted butter, Chicken stock, Garlic peeled, Ginger, Brown sugar, Vegetable oil, Lemon juice, Fish sauce, Garam masala, Curry Leaf, Salt, Fenugreek.
Preparation and storage notes
Defrost before reheating. To reheat: heat in the microwave or the oven in its tray or decanter to a saucepan and heat gently on the stove. Serve with rice, naan and some fresh cucumber
