Red coconut curry of BBQ Chicken, ginger, and gai lan
Savour the bold and nuanced flavours of our red coconut chicken curry. Chicken thigh pieces are char grilled and poached in our homemade coconut based red curry sauce with poached gai lan (chinese broccoli). Young ginger and kaffir lime are finely shredded and added at the end to elevate this Thai classic to another level.
Ingredients
Chicken thigh, Coconut Cream, Chicken stock, Red curry paste, Ginger, Gai lan, Fish sauce, Coriander root, Lemon juice, Palm sugar, Shrimp paste, Lime leaf, Coriander seed, Pepper.
Preparation and storage notes
Defrost before reheating. Simply warm in the microwave until hot, or place in oven in the same tray or warm on the stove top until simmering.
