Moroccan Lamb tagine, butternut, apricots and preserved lemon
This Lamb Tagine is a Moroccan classic, tender pieces of lamb with the sweetness of apricots and earthy butternut squash are all simmered in traditional heady Moroccan spices, think ginger, cinnamon and saffron, wonderful with cous cous or rice.
Ingredients
Lamb Shoulder, boneless, Chicken stock, Tinned tomato, Butternut, Brown onion, Carrot, Olive oil blend, Salt, Cumin, ground, Coriander, ground, Preserved lemon, Harissa, Garlic, Thyme, Turmeric, ground, Ground ginger, Cinnamon, ground, Bay leaves, Black Peppercorn, Saffron.
Preparation and storage notes
Defrost before reheating. To reheat: heat in the microwave or the oven in its tray or decanter to a saucepan and heat gently on the stove. Serve with steamed cous cous.
