Our meals are freshly cooked on Monday, Wednesday and Friday and are designed to be collected on the day they are prepared. Monday 18th December
Lean chicken mince rissole with fresh parsley and red onion served on pumpkin mash and seasonal greens topped with home made tomato chutney.
Chicken breast cooked in a Thai coconut curry sauce. Served on mixed basmati and broccoli rice, topped with roasted cashews and a fresh wedge of lime.
Wednesday 20th December
Lean chicken breast in a creamy tomato sauce served on a mix of basmati and cauliflower rice with seasonal greens.
High protein pasta mixed through a tuscan herb sauce with chicken breast, semi sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, broccoli and a special creamy sauce.
A mix of warm spices, pure maple syrup, protein powder, almond butter, almond milk, chia seeds and apples. This overnight oatmeal tastes just like apple pie!
