Dreamy, melt-in-your-mouth beef is all but falling apart as it marinates in a punchy, zesty blend of chilli, lime and garlic with hidden herbs and lots of spices. Peanuts add a lush creaminess. Thick, salty and sweet, this is a truly unique flavour that has been perfected over many late nights in the kitchen! Ingredients
Beef, Organic chicken bone broth, 100% Pure coconut cream, Garlic, Red onion, Fish sauce, Peanuts, Organic rapadura sugar, Dried chilli, Galangal, Lemongrass, Coriander, Extra virgin olive oil, Cumin, Coriander seeds, Lime zest.
Preparation and storage notes
Place the vacuum-sealed bag in simmering water for 10 to 15 minutes. Once heated, remove the vacuum-sealed bag from the water. Carefully cut open the bag below the sealed line and serve. Be careful when opening.
