Apricot Chicken
There are many variations of this same recipe, it has been around forever but I prefer to make mine from scratch and ditching the onion soup mix. I love the combination of tang, sweetness and savoury - and face it - it is pure comfort food! 2 serves = 600g
Ingredients
Chicken breast, Apricot nectar, Water, Dried apricot, Brown onion, Chicken broth, Lee's Moroccan Spice blend, Arrowroot flour, Garlic, Turmeric, Ground coriander.
Preparation and storage notes
Pierce film several times with a fork and reheat in microwave until heated throughly. Serve with Rice or pasta and steamed greens.
