Sticky Date Pudding
A classic favourite cake sweetened naturally by the sugary dates, douse with the added butterscotch sauce and finish it off with cream or vanilla ice cream. Loaf and separate sauce. Serves 5 - 7

Ingredients
butterscotch sauce (Cream, Brown sugar (Rapadura), Butter, Vanilla bean extract), Water, Dates, Brown sugar (Rapadura), Butter, Bicarb soda.
Preparation and storage notes
Can be served hot or cold. To heat - cut off piece and put a dollop of sauce on top and microwave for 20 - 30 seconds. Check at 20 seconds - times may vary with ovens.
