Chicken Laksa
We lived in Darwin for 5 years and every week we went to our local market for Laksa for breakfast. I fell in love with this dish from that moment, so I hope you all enjoy it as much as I do!

Ingredients
Chicken stock, Coconut milk, Chicken drumsticks, Water, Laksa curry paste, Hokkien Noodles, Vegetable oil, Vermicelli Noodles, Bean sprouts, Sriracha Sauce, Tofu Puffs, Lemongrass, Fish sauce, Coriander, Fried shallots, Garlic, Soy Sauce, Birds Eye Chilli, Ginger, Sugar.
Preparation and storage notes
Store in fridge and use within 3 days. Suitable for freezing. Tip contents into a saucepan and heat gently until piping hot. Alternatively, heat in microwave in microwave container.
