Chicken stock, Eggplant, Risoni (Orzo), Sun Dried Tomato, Tomato paste, Parmesan, Olive oil, Red onion, Lemon juice, Soy Sauce, Garlic, Thyme, Pepper.
Preparation and storage notes
Keep refrigerated &use within 3 days. Suitable for freezing. Preheat oven to 180 fan. Remove lid &place in centre of oven. Bake for approx 30mins, until piping hot &crumb is golden. Serve with garlic bread
