Duck Fat Roast Potatoes
If Christmas isn't a good enough excuse to use Duck Fat, then when is? Par boiled, seasoned and covered generously in duck fat, so all you have to do is pop them in the oven to roast.

Ingredients
Potato, Duck fat, Salt, Pepper.
Preparation and storage notes
Remove lid and place in centre of hot oven, 200 deg fan, for approximately 40mins, or until golden and crispy. Serve immediately.
