Pumpkin, Coconut milk, Chickpea, Chopped tomatoes, Coriander, Shallots, Peanut oil, Ginger, Garlic, Red Chilli, Curry leaf, Turmeric, Mustard seeds.
Preparation and storage notes
Keep refrigerated and use within 4 days. Suitable for freezing. Tip contents into a saucepan and heat gently until piping hot. Serve with rice and a naan or roti bread
