Cooked rice one serve [Cooked rice], Beef strips, Capsicum, Onion, Beef stock (Wheat), Broccoli, Black bean sauce (Wheat, Peanut, Soy), Soy sauce (Wheat), Sesame oil, Spring onion, Ginger, Garlic, Cornstarch, Oyster sauce (Wheat, Mollusc, Soy)

Preparation and storage notes

Storage & Reheating
Refrigerated: Store in sealed, airtight containers for up to 4 days.
Frozen: Suitable for freezing for up to 3 months. Defrost overnight in the fridge before reheating.
Reheating:
Microwave: Heat for 2–3 minutes, stir, then heat another 1–2 minutes until piping hot (75°C+).
Stovetop: Add a splash of water and heat gently over medium heat until hot through.
