Kate’s Crates - 13-19 January
Our weekly menu features a wide selection - from all time favourites, like Cottage Pie and Spaghetti and Meatballs, to our weekly rotating menu including delicious Vegetarian options. All meals are cooked fresh in-house using only the best of (local where possible) ingredients. Meals are delivered ready to heat and eat or may be frozen for later consumption.
Favourites
Crispy Parmesan crusted chicken tenders - perfect with a side of oven fries
Chicken breasts stuffed with a mix of cheese and baby spinach - self saucing and definitely delicious
What's not to love about Cottage Pie - filled with meat and veggies and topped with our creamy mash and cheddar cheese, perfect on it's own or with a greeen salad.
Spaghetti and meatballs like my Mom always made - based on a old Pat Nixon (former First Lady) recipe, the meatballs have been enjoyed by our family for over 50 years! RECOMMENDED SIDES: Garlic and Herb Bread, Caesar Salad, Garden Salad Reheat either in microwave or in oven (cover with foil and reheat at 180 for 15-20 minutes until hot through). Can be frozen (reheat from frozen as above for an additional 15 minutes)
Pesto coated chicken breasts, tossed with sun dried tomatoes, baby spinach and bow tie pasta. The flavours of summer.
What kid doesn’t like pasta! Pair it with beef mince, a mild tomato based sauce and lots of cheese and you’ve got a meal even the fussiest of kids will enjoy - added bonus, hidden veggies!
Quiche needs no explanation - perfect for lunch or dinner. All it needs is a crispy salad on the side and your meal is complete.
Mains (Meat)
The absolute best - amazing dinner twist where the bowl gets eaten too! All the flavours of the Southwest (USA) served in an edible tortilla bowl - you can’t go wrong.
Bringing the taste of South East Asia home - our peanut chicken will take you back to those lazy days where all you had to worry about was what to eat next... Served with steamed jasmine rice
Pan-seared chicken - coated in a vibrant, tangy sauce - this chicken pairs beautifully with roasted green beans Add garlic rice to soak up the sauce and you have a dinner to remember.
A true southern delicacy - boneless pork chops, browned and then cooked in gravy. Gravy makes them tender and keeps them from drying out. Best part is it’s delicious spooned over any side.
A complete dish reminiscent of the Greek Islands.
