This classic Thai curry has its roots in Persia. Rich, silky and with a unique spice blend, the Thai people masterfully created something new. For our version we've gone with delightful baby potatoes, carrots and fresh green beans for a delicate and nourishing version of this classic. Spiciness: mild. Use within 5 days.
Ingredients
Water, Coconut milk, Jasmine rice cooked (Water, Jasmine rice), Potatoes, Carrot, Green beans, Brown onion, Massaman curry paste, Roasted peanuts, Tamari, Tamarind seasoning (Vegan fish sauce, Tamarind concentrate), Massaman spice mix (Cinnamon bark, Star anise, Bay leaf), Salt iodised.
Preparation and storage notes
Remove plastic cover, meal can be heated in original container Oven: Preheat oven to 180C. Cover with foil and cook for 20-25 mins until hot. Microwave: Heat on high for 3 mins.
