CONTAINS: Gluten, Wheat, Milk.

Preparation and storage notes

Keep in fridge for up to 3 days from packed on date then freeze for up to 3 months.
To heat pop lid open on one side and place into center of microwave. Microwave on high for 2 1/2 mins for a small meal, 3mins for a medium and 5 mins for a large adding on 30 second intervals if needed,
