Beef chuck, Tinned tomato, Beef stock, Zucchini, Pumpkin jap, Capsicum, Carrots, Onion, Leek, Garlic raw, Pink lake salt, Fennel seeds, Rosemary, Dried, Oregano dried, Black pepper

Preparation and storage notes

Place in a pot, bring to a simmer heating 15minutes serve with favorite pasta or vegetables.
