A classic French dish of chicken braised in red wine. Free range chicken simmered with red wine, mushrooms bacon vegetables and herbs served with mash potato and broccolini

Chicken Maryland, Mushrooms, Chicken stock, Carrot, Pickling Onion, Onion brown, Bacon, Potato washed, Red wine, Broccolini, Tomato paste, Unsalted butter, Flour, Milk, Thyme, Garlic, Parsley, continental, Bay leaves, Rosemary.
Preparation and storage notes
Place in a medium pot bring to a simmer for 15minutes serve with favorite sides to mop up the juices.
