Ragu Bianco
Ragu Bianco is a white Bolognese sauce think of it as a tomato free cousin to my meat lovers pasta sauce. Its lighter in colour and great in summer toss with your favorite linguine a generous handful of spinach and top with cheese or keep it light and squeeze over some lemon.
Ingredients
Milk, Pork mince, Beef mince, Carrot, Cream, Chicken stock, Pancetta, White wine, Bay leaves, Pink lake salt, Shallots, Celery, Corn flour, Extra virgin olive oil, Parsley, continental, Sage, Clove, Nutmeg, Rosemary, White pepper.
Preparation and storage notes
Defrost, Place in a medium pot bring to a simmer for 10-15 minutes serve tossed through your favorite pasta or with extra vegetables.
