Country Beef Casserole-Frozen
Grass fed beef slow cooked in bone broth, with herbs loaded with vegetables like potato and carrot and green peas it is slow cooked for easier digestion and extra flavour it is clean if you are doing a little reset in the new year this is a good one to come home too. Simply steamed some rice or extra veg.
Ingredients
Butcher 2 go Beef, Potato washed, Carrot, Beef stock, Tomato paste, Onion brown, Pea, Tinned tomato, Corn flour, Garlic, Pink lake salt, Extra virgin olive oil, Black pepper, Rosemary, Bay leaves.
Preparation and storage notes
Defrost, Place in a medium pot bring to a simmer for 10-15minutes serve with favorite rice or mash. or use as a pie filling and fill favorite pastry bake until golden.
