Tinned tomato, Mixed beans, Green lentil, Onion brown, Capsicum red, Extra virgin olive oil, Tomato paste, Garlic, Red chilli, Cumin, ground, Smoked paprika, Dried chilli, Oregano dried

Preparation and storage notes

Defrost, place in a medium saucepan bring to simmer cook for 10-15 minutes. Serve with rice, stuff potato or in a wrap.
