Family Favorites

Simply steamed some rice or extra veg.
A golden bowl of chicken and vegetable curry simply steam some rice and serve.
Hill Billie Hogs Pasture raised pork is getting slow cooked with some spices until soft and tender, ready to pull fill up a roll make a healthy salad bowl or serve with veg anyway you like it all the long slow messy part is done which just leaves you to enjoy the good bit.
This turmeric chicken stew is complete with protein, complex carbohydrates, and healthy fats and can be enjoyed on its own as a balanced meal. To stretch the dish into more portions, you can serve it with some rice and additional vegetables such as steamed broccoli or green peas.

Postpartum ~ frozen meals
Kitchari is a beautiful Ayurvedic meal of slow cooked organic mung dahl and rice it is lightly spiced with ginger, turmeric and cumin think of it as a Savoury porridge it is gentle on digestion I like to serve topped with avocado, spinach and a fried egg.
