Pork Ramen Noodle Soup
Hillbillie hogs' pork broth with roasted loin, noodles some greens of goodness and local egg surely ramen is the most comforting meal of all this light broth will have you slurping whilst nourishing you that's for sure.

Ingredients
Ramen stock (Pork stock, Apple, Mirin, Sake, Spring onion, Shitake mushrooms, Wakame), Hilbillie Pork, egg noodles, Pak choy, Egg, Rayu (Sesame oil, Ginger fresh, Spring onion, Dried chilli, Garlic), Fish sauce, Ginger fresh, Spring onion, Sugar.
Preparation and storage notes
Heat a frypan cook pork for 2 minutes each side to warm, bring broth to a boil then add noodles & Pak choy boil for 2minutes the add egg, cover pot with lid cooking for a further 1 minute. Divide between 2 bowls top with pork.
