American Mustard, Canned pineapple, Orange juice, Brown sugar, Tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce (Wheat, Fish), English mustard, Garlic, Smoked paprika, Cayenne

Preparation and storage notes

Pre- heat oven 160 Gently prize the skin off the ham using your fingertips, taking care not to damage the layer of fat underneath, and discard. Lightly score the fat in a diamond pattern. Place the ham in a lined baking dish and pour over the glaze.
Cook for 1½ hours until golden, basting every 15 minutes and turning the dish several times for even colouring, add pineapple pieces in the final 15minutes to warm, once cooked pour all pan juices and pineapple into a bowl slice and serve ham.
