Ingredients
Hilbillie Pork, Sea salt, Rosemary.
Preparation and storage notes
Place in a hot 220 oven or air fryer, allow space between each piece do not over crowd the tray or basket. Cooked for 5-7minutes do not go away they will puff and cook quickly remove from oven once puffed, sprinkle with rosemary salt. (** If cooking other food in oven I would do crackle last that way whilst meat is resting you can turn up to high temp and it will only take a few minutes.)
