This Ragu is made from local goat meat from butcher 2 go. Karin and her family come from generations of Graziers, so they know how to farm that said they are the first to farm goat using regenerative agriculture. The goat bis slow cooked on the bone in sofrito of onion and garlic rosemary and tomato meat is then pulled from the bone once tender and cooked toss with pasta and top with cheese or serve with vegetables.

Preparation and storage notes

Place in fry pan or pot simmer for 10-12 minutes toss with pasta, serve with vegetables.
