Water, Pumpkin jap, Carrot, Moong dal, Basmati rice, Cherry tomatoes, Onion, red, Ginger fresh, Coconut oil, Sea salt, Cumin, ground, Fennel seeds, Turmeric dried, Yellow mustard seeds, Black pepper

Preparation and storage notes

Place in a pre-heated 180 degree oven, heat for 20-25minutes. Serve with an extra big handful of spinach.
