In this dish I have used all organic groats, oats and rolled spelt using a variety of grains offers different texture, soaked overnight and gently slow cooked making for an easier to digest porridge it is topped with sweet sultanas, and cinnamon. warm and serve with slice banana

Preparation and storage notes

Place porridge in a pot wit 1/3 cup of favorite milk bring to a simmer or place in microwave with milk and heat for 3-5 minutes. **I have not sweetened this porridge I suggest adding your favorite sweetener when serving.
