Once you place your first order with us, you'll automatically be signed up to receive our weekly menus. Alternatively, hit that "follow" button and join up to receive our menus
We publish a new menu every Monday at 9am. Your first order will sign you up to our mailing system and you'll automatically receive an email each week with our new menu to order from. Alternatively, you can view our weekly menu on our website at https://cookaborough.com/graze-at-home/menus
Order via our Kitchen page at https://cookaborough.com/graze-at-home/menus. You’ll need an account to place orders online. To create an account, select the 'Sign up/Login' button located at the top of our Kitchen page and enter your details. Once you’ve signed up, you’ll receive our new menu via email from us each week. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Our menu is open for orders from 9am Monday to 10pm Thursday each week. Closing our menu each week gives us time to source the highest-quality ingredients for your meals, then prepare and cook each item from scratch.
Orders will be ready every Monday.
Pick up is from 12pm at Top Town Tavern
Delivery is from 12pm. For now, simply text Ben at 0451074964 with your preferred delivery time. Whether it's to your home or office, we’ve got you covered!If we are delivering to your home, please let us know a safe place to leave your order or place an esky out for us!
You can order as much or as little as you like for pick-up orders. However, if you wish to receive your order via delivery, then a minimum order value of $50 applies.
Delivery is free for orders over $100. If your order is under $100, we charge a small $10 delivery fee.

Yes, each meal comes with a label that describes preparation, storage and heating instructions. Food labels also state all ingredients and allergens.
Yes, you can, by visiting our 'Vouchers' tab. Vouchers are available for $50, $100, $200 or customisable amounts. When you purchase a voucher, you’ll receive it via email.
Yes, we have a gift order option available if you wish to order for someone else. You can leave a note with your gift in the notes section of your order and we will include it with the delivery.

We will adjust our delivery windows around public holidays. Available windows will automatically be shown based on your address and post code.
Currently we only accept credit card payments.
The NDIS guidelines allow certain participants the ability to access meal preparation as part of their funding. As the cost of the ingredients are ineligible, we allow for 70% of the cost of the meals in addition to the delivery fee to be claimed back.
There is a quick, one-off process (outlined on our website https://cookaborough.com/graze-at-home/ndis that you need to go through to be approved, however once up and running there is nothing else involved.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
If you are on a Plan Managed account, our cooks only charge 30% of the meal cost upfront and then we do the administration and follow up with your Plan Manager, so you don’t need to do anything.
If you are on a Self Managed account, our cooks will provide you with an NDIS approved invoice of which you then claim back 70% via your online Portal.

All Graze at Home products come with instructions on how to heat and serve on the ingredient label.
Yes, all meals can be frozen as they are cooked with fresh ingredients.
Most pouch items last for 2 weeks fresh from date of packaging, there are a few exceptions, please always check the expiry date on the package.
Each menu item has a full list of ingredients so you can see what our meals contain. Allergens are also highlighted for ease of reference.
Please nominate a safe place for us to leave your order or provide a cooler box (esky) so we can store them in. if you prefer to have your meals delivered to your office, text Ben at 0451074964 with your preferred delivery time.
