Crispy, tender, and seriously addictive. These bite-sized chicken morsels are marinated in rich buttermilk for extra juiciness, then tumbled in our family’s secret herb and spice blend—a subtle nod to the Colonel, but with Glen’s own twist. Coated for crunch and fried till golden, they’re gluten-free and full of flavour. Perfect for snacking, sharing, or sneaking before dinner even starts.

Really only for sick people.. this is all the fun of noodles with 100% more soup. I use vermicelli noodles and make a chicken and vegetable broth style soup. With GARLIC. I hope you get sick, there I said it.

I've probably made a million litres of chicken broth, and it's probably better than yours. It's the base of almost everything I do, and I carry a litre on me at all times in case I run into someone making soup in my travels. "Bone broth is highly nutritious. It contains bone-strengthening minerals such as calcium, magnesium, potassium and phosphorus. Bone broth is also found to contain natural glucosamine and chondroitin from animal's connective tissues, which are both essential factors to maintain healthy joints. Bone broth is also a good source of collagen, which is found to have anti-aging capacity in diminishing fine lines and promote plumpness for our skin. The marrow from the bones contain essential amino acids which can help fight inflammation to prevent chronic diseases." said someone on the internet. Get some and drink it for better gut health or store it in the freezer and use it in sauces and soups.

Moist and chocolatey and also with cherries. They're yum. Also, each comes with the opportunity to find a "golden ticket," the recipients of which will be invited to visit us and see where the magic happens!! Rotters only please, my factory is full of hazards..

Utilising locally grown and fresh dried lionsmane used for centuries to improve focus and mentaly calrity. With ZERO mushrom flavour these taste like a mocha brownie that made slightly better life choices. We've carmelized brown sugar, added coffee, cacao, and dates them into something that genuinely earns its place next to your morning coffee — rich, a little fudgy, with that deep chocolatey warmth that makes 7am feel almost civilised.

Dinner. Sorted. Dignity? Optional. This dish is basically the culinary equivalent of a warm hug and a firm handshake—it means business but still wants you to feel loved. Slow-roasted lamb that’s so tender you could cut it with stern eye contact. Nestled beside it are veggies that aren’t just an afterthought—they’ve been roasted until they taste like they made good life choices. Perfect for those nights when you want something hearty without playing butcher, roaster, and saucier. It’s your go-to “I cooked” lie that only your microwave knows about. Serve it in silence, devour it loudly—this one's got classic written all over it, with a wink and a gravy moustache.
From $18.50
Meltingly tender pork belly, slow-roasted to golden, crackling perfection — the kind of dish that once made my father-in-law declare it the best he'd ever eaten. Buttered baby potatoes cooked the way I dream of them, this dish is so good you could eat it cold!
From $15.00
Full disclosure, this is not my Mums Meatloaf, you wouldn't want that. That tastes like a brick made out of sawdust. That's why mine is so much better, survival. All Meatloaf should be meaty and moist, and mine most definitely is! With a brown sugar and ketchup glaze it has the deeply satisfying meaty flavour we all know and love along with a sweet and tart glaze. Paired perfectly with a serve of mac n cheese made the American way, which is to say - decadently.
From $16.00
We took a Thai green curry, whispered 'be nice' to the chilies, and this is what showed up. With the addition of bamboo shoots and baby corn, we tried to get as authentic as a Kiwi chef cooking for Aussies in Monbulk could. Creamy, fragrant, and safe to order. Served with rice so wild it'll probably misbehave.
Regular $17.501 served
Say Hello! to your new favourite chickeny treat.. tender buttermilk marinated, chicken fillets, breadcrumb coating, then fried until golden brown... served with mash and buttered corn, because that is exactly what it should be served with - DON'T MESS WITH THE CLASSICS (unless they're terrible)

I learned to cook a meat sauce from a ball-breaking Italian. It's fitting that Sophie has been wanting to feature a lasagne on the menu and has been breaking my balls ever since. I use better ingredients and more of them, as well as the skills I have hard-won in an unforgiving Italian kitchen.

Garlic and Thyme roasted mushrooms arrive at cauliflower’s finest hour—roasted, cloaked in melty cheese, and baked till it's golden enough to brag. Paired with seasonal veggies and a splash love (and garlic)!

A fan favourite all over the world for both its banging taste and great nutritional benefits. This dish combines pillowy soft ricotta with spinach in a pasta tube covered in our home-made tomato sauce (also full of sneaky vegetables..) and covered in just enough cheese to make this NOT taste too healthy!

Canada gave us hockey, poutine, and an almost supernatural ability to apologise for things that aren't their fault. A decent stir-fry, however, remained elusive — a gap in the market that has kept me awake at night far longer than it should have. So here we are: broccoli charred and sticky with maple and soy, tossed with toasted cashews for crunch, and landed on a bed of black sesame fried rice that is — and I say this with full awareness of how it sounds — genuinely dramatic in the best possible way. Vegan, gluten free, and the kind of thing that makes you feel like your vegetable intake is finally pulling its weight. (The cashews are doing a lot. Respect the cashews.) Consider this my gift to the Great White North. You're welcome, you hosers!!

Anyone who knows anything knows there's no such thing as Bolognaise sauce. The Bolognaise do go on (and on), does it have milk, does it not etc etc. But if there was, it'd wish it were something like this. Ps Meat ragu does exist, and they do make this in Bologna, and if they continue to insist it DOES have milk, I'll head over there and teach them how they should be doing it like me and evey Aussie Nonna I've met. They can keep the name - I'll admit it is sexier than "Glen's Spaghetti Sauce"

Probably the first food I ever remember loving, such a sweet and creamy romance it was, ordered from the Morrinsville Golden Kiwi and Thai Takeaway in NZ. This is a mildly spiced green Thai curry, with chicken & vegetables, simmered in a sweet & sour creamy coconut broth.

Each and every Spring Morning you'll find me, knife, fork and salt shaker in hand, crisp white napkin tucked into my pyjama top, kneeling over the loose soil waiting for these tender green spears to poke their head out from their seasonal slumber, innocent of the gastronomic rapture that awaits them. It plays hell with my employment prospects and is difficult to explain to the neighbours - but there you go, I've shared a secret.
