Crispy, tender, and seriously addictive. These bite-sized chicken morsels are marinated in rich buttermilk for extra juiciness, then tumbled in our family’s secret herb and spice blend—a subtle nod to the Colonel, but with Glen’s own twist. Coated for crunch and fried till golden, they’re gluten-free and full of flavour. Perfect for snacking, sharing, or sneaking before dinner even starts.

Look, let's be honest: these are deep-fried cheese. That's the whole pitch. They're not going to help you hit your macros or win any health food awards, but will they make you unreasonably happy? Absolutely. There's a solid argument that crispy, golden, squeaky cheese nuggets are medicine for the soul (though I'm fairly certain no actual doctors would back me up on this). If it helps ease the guilt, serve them with something virtuous—tzatziki, hummus, a nice salad that you'll definitely eat and not just push around your plate while you reach for another nugget. Or chuck them in a taco. Tacos make everything legitimate, right? That's just science. Bottom line: these are hot, melty, crispy little parcels of joy that you probably shouldn't eat every day, but life's short and sometimes you just need deep-fried cheese. No judgment here—I tested this recipe approximately seventeen times to "get it right." Quality control is very important.
500mL $8.001 Litre
I've probably made a million litres of chicken broth, and it's probably better than yours. It's the base of almost everything I do, and I carry a litre on me at all times in case I run into someone making soup in my travels. "Bone broth is highly nutritious. It contains bone-strengthening minerals such as calcium, magnesium, potassium and phosphorus. Bone broth is also found to contain natural glucosamine and chondroitin from animal's connective tissues, which are both essential factors to maintain healthy joints. Bone broth is also a good source of collagen, which is found to have anti-aging capacity in diminishing fine lines and promote plumpness for our skin. The marrow from the bones contain essential amino acids which can help fight inflammation to prevent chronic diseases." said someone on the internet. Get some and drink it for better gut health or store it in the freezer and use it in sauces and soups.

Grown-up comfort with a cheeky wink. This soup doesn’t shout—it smoulders. We take roasted pumpkin (golden, obviously) and fold it through a base kissed with brown butter. Not your average knob-of-dairy; this is rich, nutty, and borderline flirtatious. Fresh sage leaves melt right in—no crispy drama—giving each spoonful a warm, earthy hum like a good winter jumper and a bad rom-com. The result? Velvety, golden goodness that tastes like you definitely know what you’re doing in the kitchen (even if you reheated it in socks). Serve it solo, swirl it with cream, dunk a crusty soldier—whatever makes you feel like the main character.
Small $10.501 Serve
Smoky roasted peppers, punchy Spanish chorizo, and pillowy butter beans slow-cooked into something deeply warming and borderline irresponsible in its richness. The chorizo does all the heavy lifting — it bleeds its paprika-red oil through the whole pot and basically seasons everything around it just by existing. Bold, rustic, and built for the kind of day where you want dinner to do the emotional heavy lifting. Crusty bread strongly recommended. Non-negotiable, actually.

I get so wound up trying to be fancy sometimes I forget that the best things in life are simple. Soft, white, and fluffy (and the bread is too - Haw haw haw..) Serves 4 as a side (or 1 wife if it's fresh out of the oven)

Great as a side or as a lunch or pair with protein for a healthy meal. This "salad" is creamy and loose w chunks of potatoes that keep their shape but are very tender. Simmered in a chicken broth with boiled eggs, celery, capers and cornichons added for texture. Great hot or cold. Serve with pork and a long sweeping moustache.

Vegetarian meals are soooooo appealing, because the vegetable is the hero so the Chef HAS to make it good. BETTER than if it were in a meat dish. But sometimes you just don't feel satisfied unless there's meat on the plate! So hence, the best way to eat - order vegetarian, add a side of meat! Nailed it.
Small $8.001 Serve

Rocket Pesto Risotto with Fresh Tomato Salsa is a delightful twist on the classic risotto. This dish features creamy risotto infused with a vibrant, peppery rocket pesto, which adds a fresh and zesty flavor. The risotto is perfectly complemented by a fresh tomato salsa, made with ripe, juicy cherry tomatoes, adding a burst of color and a refreshing contrast to the rich, creamy risotto. I wanted to describe this as "A mostly healthy risotto with deep-fried cheese", but Sophie said I'd lose the classy vote so here goes.. "Luxurious crumbed haloumi on a bed of slowly cooked rice and rocket with a gentle reminder of lost summer's youth and lemon zest" Order below.

Corned beef still reminds me of dinners cooked by mum, ususally served with soggy broccoli and lumy mashed potato. For you I'm upping the corned beef gaem, served with a potato salad where I actually show off—buttery baked proper spuds with caramelised onions that I babysat over low heat until they turned into sweet, jammy perfection. Just me, a pan, and approximately forty-five minutes of my life I'll never get back (worth it). Then we char the corn because I can't leave vegetables alone without setting them slightly on fire first. It adds that smoky-sweet thing that makes you reach for seconds.
x 1 $19.001 Serve
Approx 450g - no supersize option The secret? Manifesting a thick bechamel studded with sheep cheese on top giving this version a rich and tangy layer that perfectly complements the smokey eggplant, tomatoes, and meat sauce. Also well cooked potato "chunks" a technical term for a very cheffy cut all makes for a dish that is hearty but not slip sloppy.
From $17.50
This is what I make when I need to convince myself I'm a functional adult who eats vegetables and makes responsible life choices. Roasted Mediterranean veg—eggplant, zucchini, capsicum, sun-dried tomatoes—all charred and caramelised until they're actually delicious instead of just virtuous. The quinoa's fluffy and herby (is that a word? It is now), tossed with lemon, olive oil, and enough garlic to keep personal space enthusiasts at bay. There's feta crumbled on top because everything's better with cheese, and a drizzle of balsamic that makes the whole thing look like you tried. It's vegetarian, it's protein-packed, it's got actual nutrients, and it tastes good enough that you won't resent your past self for ordering it. This is the meal equivalent of getting eight hours of sleep and drinking enough water—theoretically possible and surprisingly satisfying when it actually happens.

A light curry that has all the heat of an optimistic summer day. Jackfruit is a tropical fruit that has a texture reminiscent of meat which gives this curry it signature texture.

Description: There are two kinds of people in this world: those who believe gravy is a condiment, and those who understand that gravy is, in fact, the whole point and everything else is just a vehicle for getting it to your face. If you're in the second camp — and honestly, why would you be anywhere else — this one's for you. Beautifully thinnish-sliced roast beef, surrounded by vegetables roasted to the kind of golden perfection that makes you briefly reconsider your relationship with pumpkin (it's been there all along, you just weren't paying attention). Weekly rotating veg — potatoes, pumpkin, carrot, zucchini — plus steamed peas, because the world could always do with a little more peas and no one can convince me otherwise. Tied together with our homemade gravy, which is essentially liquid gold and the thing I would save in a house fire, just ahead of the children. (They're faster than gravy. They'd be fine.) 🥩

Chef Andy is the greatest Thai chef I know. and this is the recipe I stole from him and butchered. It's a credit to his brilliance that it's still good.

There is a version of chicken breast that is dry, sad, and tastes like a broken promise. This is not that chicken. Sliced and cooked gently with lemon and sage until it's the kind of tender that makes you briefly emotional, then landed on a cloud of genuinely buttery mash alongside greens that have been treated with the respect they deserve. It's the meal your mum would have made if your mum had 25 years of professional kitchen experience and a slightly unhealthy relationship with good butter. Comforting, elegant, and completely unapologetic about being exactly what you needed on a Wednesday. No added gluten. All the soul. 🍋
From $18.00
Meltingly tender pork belly, slow-roasted to golden, crackling perfection — the kind of dish that once made my father-in-law declare it the best he'd ever eaten. Paired with a rich, creamy Austrian-style potato salad that's a world away from your usual barbecue side. Tender chunks of potato hold their shape beautifully, simmered gently in chicken broth until they're silky and lush. Finished with boiled egg, celery, briny capers and sharp little cornichons for pops of flavour and texture throughout. Just as good served warm as it is cold the next day — if it lasts that long.
