Rich and nourishing, slow-cooked with shiitake, & carrot. This "Stewup" as Soph likes to call it is heart-breakingly tender and full of B vitamins, zinc iron and magnesium, or as I like to call it Magneesy-yum!! Sticky and moreish, and made with our own bone broth and free-range local eggs. This can be enjoyed as is or with crusty bread. try it alongside you favourite kim-chi (you do have a favourite kim-chi right??).
