Crispy, tender, and seriously addictive. These bite-sized chicken morsels are marinated in rich buttermilk for extra juiciness, then tumbled in our family’s secret herb and spice blend—a subtle nod to the Colonel, but with Glen’s own twist. Coated for crunch and fried till golden, they’re gluten-free and full of flavour. Perfect for snacking, sharing, or sneaking before dinner even starts.

I've probably made a million litres of chicken broth, and it's probably better than yours. It's the base of almost everything I do, and I carry a litre on me at all times in case I run into someone making soup in my travels. "Bone broth is highly nutritious. It contains bone-strengthening minerals such as calcium, magnesium, potassium and phosphorus. Bone broth is also found to contain natural glucosamine and chondroitin from animal's connective tissues, which are both essential factors to maintain healthy joints. Bone broth is also a good source of collagen, which is found to have anti-aging capacity in diminishing fine lines and promote plumpness for our skin. The marrow from the bones contain essential amino acids which can help fight inflammation to prevent chronic diseases." said someone on the internet. Get some and drink it for better gut health or store it in the freezer and use it in sauces and soups.

Chicken thighs marinated in satay spices, grilled, and sensually slathered and simmered in rich peanut and coconut gravy. It's a sexy, nutty, rich and dreamy dish - if it helps you can imagine Nigella cooking it. This could be served with flatbreads, or one could go loopy like that one restaurant I went to one time and serve it with fettuccine (just don't tell the Italians!). It is, however, served appropriately with gingered rice.

Tender baked chicken breast topped with rich tomato sauce and melted mozzarella, served alongside penne pasta tossed in creamy pesto. This hearty Italian-inspired combination delivers comfort food at its finest, with the fresh basil pesto perfectly complementing the savory chicken and tangy tomato flavors. A satisfying meal that brings together classic favorites

A sure sign of the season change is the proliferation of lovely greens! In this dish, I take firm tofu and bake it with maple syrup, then I stir-fry greens and toss them with more maple syrup and soy sauce for a sweet salty kick. Served with basmati rice and a self-satisfied smirk.

A warm bowl of brown rice and lentils, w roast pumpkin, golden beets and other roasted winter roots.. drizzled with tahini lemon and dusted with herby za'tar. Side note.. Za'tar, as it turns out, is NOT the ruler of the planet Mongo, but is, in fact, a blend of spices and seeds from the Middle East. I use one from Jordan because I'm a fancy boy and love cumin. This salad features roasted pumpkin and red onion along with brown lentils, pepitas, feta, and a lemony tahini dressing. Maybe a salad this diabolical COULD rule the planet Mongo? Eat as a main, side, or just walk around the neighborhood pointing at it.

Pork and Beef Meatballs or "gehakballen" (don't ask me to say that!) spiced with cinnamon and cardamom are a Dutch staple. Served with chicken gravy and stamppot which is mustardy mashed potato mixed with Cabbage and kale. I love this food! Purchase an individually packed serve and simply heat and eat, or order a larger one to share with a friend!

Like their submarines, it's the leeks that make it Irish, not to be confused with the Eilish stew which is a stew that defies cultural norms to dress and look like a lady. With brown rice for a hearty stew / soup crossover
