Locally grown from the Australian Rainbow Trout Farm in Macclesfield. Gently poached with aromatics and then layered with cucumber scales and served with a sweet and tangy cranberry and currant agrodolce (lika a loose salsa). This makes a great centerpiece to any Aussie Xmas table! Approximately 900g - 1kg Feeds 10 - 12 Will store well as leftovers
