500mL $8.001 Litre
I've probably made a million litres of chicken broth, and it's probably better than yours. It's the base of almost everything I do, and I carry a litre on me at all times in case I run into someone making soup in my travels. "Bone broth is highly nutritious. It contains bone-strengthening minerals such as calcium, magnesium, potassium and phosphorus. Bone broth is also found to contain natural glucosamine and chondroitin from animal's connective tissues, which are both essential factors to maintain healthy joints. Bone broth is also a good source of collagen, which is found to have anti-aging capacity in diminishing fine lines and promote plumpness for our skin. The marrow from the bones contain essential amino acids which can help fight inflammation to prevent chronic diseases." said someone on the internet. Get some and drink it for better gut health or store it in the freezer and use it in sauces and soups.

Crispy, tender, and seriously addictive. These bite-sized chicken morsels are marinated in rich buttermilk for extra juiciness, then tumbled in our family’s secret herb and spice blend—a subtle nod to the Colonel, but with Glen’s own twist. Coated for crunch and fried till golden, they’re gluten-free and full of flavour. Perfect for snacking, sharing, or sneaking before dinner even starts.

Everytime I make this I get tempted to complicate things. Then the voice of reason (Sophie) reminds me that I have achieved perfection, and that I've left my house keys in the front door. I'm a lucky man (and the perfect mark for novice burglars with a taste for kitsch). Sold as one, two or four slices, one slice would be a good accompaniment or light lunch two might feed one for a meal and four with a salad will happily feed two as a main meal.

Early in my career, I used to stuff up A LOT, I've since turned my weakness into a strength and am happy to present you with "Stuffed Eggplant". Slow-cooked tomato & Mediterranean aromatics with a few pine nuts for a touch of the lux. Bing Bam Boom!! Glen McLeod, you've done it again!! A small would be a simple side or lunch for two, a medium serve would suit two for a main meal. Serve with a salad or bread to mop up the juices.

Tabouleh gets a modern makeover with the addition of zesty rocket, green lentils and chickpeas, This elegant lifted dish is more of a modern salad than something that gets hurled at a kebab by a greasy Turk, smoking a cigarette and carving lamb at 2am on Sydney road. Salad is @ 300g

With an added crunch from rice-bubbles these are like a regular bliss ball but more fun! Perfect as a "I just need a little lift," snack, or a "I'm going to the movies but don't want their over-priced, unhealthy treats," treat. Or for school lunches. Or a food fight. Just not as a substitute for an actual disco ball. Roughly the size of a ping pong ball and even tastier.

I worte this book for my children, I still have some copies knocking about and would be delighted to sell them for such a great cause. This is a book about a pancake that won the "Best at Bedtime" award in my house, which admittedly got all voters an extra hour before lights out... I wrote this book for Arthur because he likes pancakes, it's a simple tale of a humble pancake and his adventure to replace his old and cold bed with something new, that takes him around his friends houses in Brunchtown and ends with the moral - "Somedays we should just ....." (you didn't think I'd spoil the ending that easily did you??)

I love spring, either things are in season and really cheap so I make a huge profit, or the weather / supermarket-conspiracy-controlling-the-weather causes there to be a huge spike just when I need to order and it blows my profits right down the toilet with my dreams of being tanned or muscular. Anyway, have a go at this delicious salad, which features in-season (ish) corn, chunks of zucchini, feta cheese, and herbs, served with a lemony mayo dressing and grilled chicken or Smoked salmon if you'd like

In a perfect world, kids would eat salad. Quietly. But if you live in the same world as me and mine then you'll know that the one universal with kids is nuggets - they love them. They could probably do without all the floor scrapings and E-numbers that McD's use though. So here are my, very not unhealthy nuggets. They're not salad, but they should shut them up long enough for Mummy to knock back two (large) glasses of reisling. Nuggets are approx 30g each and 3- 5 is a good serve for my kids. (a small chicken breast is 250g for eg)

- What’s better than stirring up cheesy, stretchy, comforting mac ’n’ cheese? - Letting someone else do it—especially when that someone’s a dab hand with melty cheddar and creamy sauce. And for extra magic? Add Garfield Smokehouse’s Smokey Hickory Ham. That golden crust meets smoky richness in every bite. Dinner sorted.
x1 $19.001 served
Say Hello! to your new favourite chickeny treat.. tender buttermilk marinated, chicken fillets, double crumbed with an almond & breadcrumb coating, then fried until golden brown... served with mash and peas, because that is exactly what it should be served with - DON'T MESS WITH THE CLASSICS (unless they're terrible)

These moreish abominations come straight from America's Test Kitchen's faves of 2022! Baked as a small meat "muffin" rather than a larger loaf these delicate meat bombs are full of umami rich ingredients including Parmesan and W sauce. I'm willing to suggest they're probably even healthy (ish). Finally - kids eat them..

Served as a pack for one ready to heat and eat, or just as yummo without the heating part!! Fact - zucchini can be "over-cooked". Proof? this grilled zucchini has traded it's bright colour for a soft and creamy, garlicky lemon flavour that walks merrily down the street of flavour town, hand in hand with rich, herby sour cream, topped with pine nuts. Served with a Brown rice and cranberry "Salad" that can be eaten warm or cold. This has pine nuts (did I mention the pine nuts? - this has pine nuts)

P"What makes a good Mac'n Cheese?" my wife asked. "Not a what, baby. A who." Says I. THe french gave us elegant dishes such as chicken chasseur, pomme galette and coq au vin, the Americans - this delightful abomination. This is a riff on the ol' faithful has burger mince, sauce and cheese all mixed in together and then topped with chopped pickle and onion. It is as both wonderful and American as it sounds.

When the name says it all I'm not sure what I can add in the description. You're beautiful. A truly great person whose friends are lucky to have in their life. You also have great taste in food. A newborn baby is more than 3/4 water.
