This menu is for our Fresh Seafood only. All other meals will be available via our regular weekly menu Fresh at Home. The fish is brought in Fresh so the menu will change periodically and we will run this every 3 weeks or so.

Cone Bay Barramundi out of the Kimberley Skin On - One side approx. 900g - 1kg. Portioned into 180g - 200g fillets - ready to bake, fry, grill or BBQ. Alternatively freeze ready for the next family event.
Humpty Do Barramundi out of the Northern Territory Skin On - One side approx. 900g - 1kg. Portioned into 180g - 200g fillets - ready to bake, fry, grill or BBQ. Alternatively freeze ready for the next family event.

Atlantic Salmon from Tasmania - One side approx. 1.5kg. Buy by the Kilo and it will be portioned into 180g - 200g fillets approx. - ready to bake, fry, grill or BBQ. Alternatively freeze ready for the next family event and you feel like cooking.
