Ingredients

Pork mince, Hokkien noodles, Onion, Carrots, Celery, Red capsicum, Sweetcorn, Brown sugar, Spring onion, Red chilli, Fish sauce, Garlic, Ginger, Lemongrass.

Preparation and storage notes

Frozen Meal: Thaw: Move to the fridge the night before. Heat: Microwave 2-4 mins, stirring occasionally. Add a teaspoon of water if needed.
