While we're not a weight loss program, our meals are designed with convenience and health in mind. Each week's set menu includes five fresh lunch and five fresh dinner options, all carefully portioned for your convenience:

Every meal is accompanied by detailed nutrition information and a list of ingredients.
We prepare your fresh food on demand before delivery. Once our driver departs from Fresh 5, you'll receive a text message with an approximate delivery window. Another notification will be sent upon box delivery.

We freshly cook and prepare your food upon your order, ensuring it's delivered to you freshly made.

Pickup days and times are as follows:
Tuesday: 3:00pm - 6:00pm
Once your meals are packed on your chosen day, we'll notify you so you can collect them. If these pickup times are inconvenient, please contact the Fresh 5 team for assistance.
If you need more than our standard 5-day menu, Fresh 5 offers individual meals to extend your options.
All orders close at Midnight on Friday.

Unfortunately, while we do offer some vegetarian options we don't offer a full vegetarian meal pack.
All our meals, without exception, are lovingly prepared and cooked by our talented chefs at our commercial kitchen in East Bendigo. They're not mass-produced; each dish is carefully crafted by chefs, plated by hand, and delivered with a smile by our friendly drivers.
All our meals are made to order without any added preservatives and delivered to you fresh. Most of our meals are able to be frozen to extend shelf life.
We recommend placing your frozen meals in the fridge overnight for defrosting, reducing microwave heating time
All of our meals are cooked using locally sourced ingredients, utilising local businesses and suppliers.
Currently, we do not offer a dedicated gluten-free menu option. As we are not a gluten-free kitchen, we cannot guarantee against cross-contamination.
We don't currently accommodate specific dietary requirements.
