A classic sweet finish - semolina, almond and coconut cake finished with a lemon and rose syrup!
Individual Lunch Boxes
Huda's sumac & onion tender chicken, paired with fresh and charred seasonal greens and topped with pine nuts, puffed wild rice and za'atar dressing.
Perfectly boiled eggs lightly pickled in beetroot to give a nice purple hue are served with a chickpea salad of seasonal leaves, pickled shallots and a green chermoula dressing.
Baked fish marinated in tamarind and turmeric topped with golden fried onions and tart barberries. Served with saffron jewelled rice and a chilli citrus dressing.
Hearty goodness in a bowl! Think quinoa, lentils and seeds for textural crunch, pops of tart pomegranate, fresh herbs and seasonal leaves. Topped off with a dollop of vegan garlic yoghurt.
