Cauliflower, leek & aged cheddar cheese
Cauliflower, leek & aged cheddar cheese. This pie is the first ever I came up with and you will love it. A modern twist on a traditional flavour. I find that charring the cauliflower instead of steaming or boiling "as usual", really elevates the flavours of this pie and add a depth to it. One of my friends hates cauliflower but he loved this pie. I guess that speaks for itself ;P

Preparation and storage notes
Our pies are meant to be consumed on the spot. If not, they should be immediately refridgerated. Reheating instructions: Pre-heat your oven @180C and cook for 15-20min. We do not recommend re-heating more than once. Consume within 2 days.
