Beef mince & potato mash (rosemary puff)
A take on a British pub classic - Dedicated to my first cheffing experience back in London in 2017. Back then, I wasn't convinced there was a place for women in the kitchen. Australia made me realise there is. Here I am now, presenting to you a comforting "classic" pie, aka your "safe meat" option before I introduce a kangaroo bourguignon pie on the menu ;P
Ingredients
Normal puff (Wine vinegar, Plain Flour, Pastry Butter, Water), Please contact us in case of dietary restrictions, Rosemary.
Preparation and storage notes
This product should be eaten straight away or it should be refrigerated immediately. Reheating instructions: Pre-heat the oven to 180C and bake the pie for about 15-20 minutes.
