Lightly spiced Lamb *FROZEN*

Lamb is cooked slowly in spices, onions and tomato, topped. Serve this with a rice/sweet potato puree/mash and lightly steamed greens.

Ingredients
Lamb, Tomatoes, crushed, Onion, Vegetable stock, Tamari, Extra virgin olive oil, Tomato paste, Rapadura sugar, Garlic, Cumin, Cardamom, Paprika, Ginger, Sea salt, Cinnamon.
Preparation and storage notes
Place in the fridge to thaw overnight. Remove lid and place tray in the middle of the oven. Reheat at 150C for 20 mins until warm through. Serve with polenta, sweet potato puree or potato mash & steamed greens.
