Cottage Pie with Sweet Potato
A classic, warming winter favourite. Topped with a combination of potato and sweet potato and a parmesan crust.

Ingredients
Extra lean mince, Sweet potato, Beef stock, Potato, Tomato passata, Onion, Celery, Carrot, Worcestershire sauce (GF), Unsalted butter, Extra virgin olive oil, Parmesan, Cornflour, Garlic clove, Oregano, Sea salt, Black pepper.
Preparation and storage notes
Remove packaging and lid. Reheat in the oven at 150C for 20 mins. Serve with steamed greens or a simple green salad.
