Beef Korma
A flavoursome, mild beef korma made with home made korma curry paste. Serve with steamed basmati rice, raita and raw tomato relish
Ingredients
Casserole beef, Tomatoes, crushed, Onion, Raisins, Korma curry paste (Tomato puree, Oilve oil (light), Raw cashew nuts, Dessicated coconut, Garam masala, Cumin seeds, Ginger, Garlic clove, Turmeric, Coriander seed ground, Paprika), Coconut cream, Oilve oil (light), Brown sugar, Turmeric, Cumin, Coriander seed ground, Himalayan salt.
Preparation and storage notes
Transfer curry to a heat proof dish. Reheat in the oven at 150C for 20 mins or so. Serve with raita, chopped cashews, tomato relish and steamed basmati rice or naan.
