A vegetarian cottage pie made with lentils, onion and herbs, topped with a potato, cauliflower and parmesan topping.

Ingredients
Vegetable stock, Potato, Onion, Cauliflower, Lentil, Red wine, Tomato paste, Salted butter, Balsamic vinegar, Tamari, Extra virgin olive oil, Garlic, Parmesan, Sea salt, Smoked Paprika, Thyme, Rosemary.
Preparation and storage notes
Preheat oven to 150C. Remove the lid and place tray in the middle of the oven. Reheat for 20 mins. Serve with steamed greens or a salad.
