A delightful combination of prunes, capers, green olives and fresh herbs. Serve with brown rice & ghee, couscous, quinoa or a sweet potato puree and simple green salad or steamed greens.

Ingredients
Chicken thighs, Prunes, Olives, Chicken stock, Apple cider vinegar, Capers, Extra virgin olive oil, Rapadura sugar, Garlic, Oregano, dried, Bay leaves.
Preparation and storage notes
Transfer to a heat proof dish and reheat in the oven for approximately 25 minutes at 150-160C until the chicken is warmed through.
